Consent

No provisional bookings will be taken. All bookings must be made online. Places can only be secured on receipt of payment.
Places will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Children must come ready to train and bring their own water bottle, mouth guard, shin pads & sunscreen. We also recommend children bring a snack as there will be a short break.
Please bring own hockey stick if owned, if not the club can provide one.
Please ensure that sun cream is applied and children have availed of toilet facilities before coming to camp. There will be a toilet facility available if needed
There is a risk of injury involved in hockey participation. All reasonable precautions will be taken to avoid this and Malahide Fingal Hockey Club cannot be liable for naturally occurring injury due to the ball or collisions.
All valuables must be left at home.
A parent/guardian will be contacted if their child becomes unwell during the camp and they must arrange for their immediate collection.
Please inform the coach on arrival if your child has any allergies, dietary requirements or health/medical problems that may require special consideration.
Malahide Fingal Hockey Club reserves the right to suspend any child that is disruptive to the camp due to misbehaviour or whose behaviour puts them or others at risk.

Refunds/Cancellations

Malahide Fingal HC reserves the right to cancel part of/or the entire programme with all payments refunded.
In the event of bad weather the camp may need to be cancelled. In this case a refund for the cancelled day will be given.
A full refund may be offered on medical grounds once a medical certificate is provided.
Cancellations received with a 14-day notice period or more will receive a refund of all fees paid minus a €5 admin fee.
Cancellations received with less than a 14-day notice are strictly non-refundable.
